RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions only apply to purchases made directly from Contour Design, Inc. For return of purchases made from other retailers or on-line stores, please contact said retailer or on-line store for their return policies.
By ordering products directly from Contour Design, Inc., or by accepting delivery of products ordered from Contour Design, Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Contour reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Items may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase from Contour Design, Inc. Each customer is responsible for providing dated proof of purchase. Products may be exchanged for equally valued items or for a refund of the price of the product (refunds do not include any shipping charges). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned products as well as the shipping cost for exchanged items.
To return a product, please contact Contour Technical Support to receive a “Return Merchandise Authorization Number” (RMA Number) and return instructions. All products must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
All sale and clearance items are sold as-is, are not returnable, and are available only while supplies last. The 30-Day customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply to sale items.
- Please contact Contour Design Technical Support to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number prior to returning the product
- When requesting an RMA Number, please have your Invoice/Sales Order/Web Order/PO number at hand. RMA’s will not be provided unless this information is available.

- Please include a copy of the proof of purchase when returning the product. In addition, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. Contour Design is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. When possible, use shipping carriers that provide tracking information as well as insuring the shipment.
